This Refund Policy explains the baseline commercial expectations for CF Guard Desk purchases. It is written to stay direct and compatible with a desktop-first product sold through a third-party commerce platform.

This policy applies to paid CF Guard Desk purchases made through the authorized commercial checkout path.
2. Refund standard
If a paid customer encounters a real product problem, commercial issue, or material mismatch between the public product description and the delivered product, greeff.dev will review the case in good faith and may issue a refund where appropriate.
3. Before requesting a refund
A useful refund request should include:
- purchase identifier or order context
- product version
- operating system
- the issue encountered
- the documentation route already followed
4. Exclusions
Refund requests may be declined when the issue is caused primarily by:
- unsupported or unauthorized use
- refusal to provide the minimum information needed to review the issue
- use outside the documented platform or release scope that the public site already labels as staged or unavailable
