Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to the CF Guard Desk desktop software, the public website, and related support or licensing interactions. By installing, activating, or using the software, you agree to these terms.
1. Product scope
CF Guard Desk is desktop software for Cloudflare posture review, findings management, export generation, and related operator workflows.
The public website provides documentation, pricing, download links, and legal information.
2. License and access
Your right to use the software depends on the applicable trial or paid plan state.
Current commercial framing includes:
- a desktop trial period
- paid plan activation through Lemon Squeezy
- local plan enforcement and visible license states in the app
3. Acceptable use
You may use the software only for lawful and authorized security, audit, or operational review of Cloudflare estates you are permitted to inspect.
You may not use the software to:
- access Cloudflare resources without authorization
- interfere with services unlawfully
- misrepresent scan coverage or findings to third parties
- attempt to reverse engineer licensing or commercial enforcement mechanisms beyond rights allowed by applicable law
4. Operator responsibility
You are responsible for:
- providing lawful and authorized Cloudflare credentials
- reviewing scan output in light of known capability gaps
- protecting your own devices, vault passphrase, and local exports
- redacting secrets before sharing support evidence
5. Availability and staged rollout
The public website may describe platform routes, planned downloads, or staged rollout states before every public artifact is fully live.
That does not create a guarantee that every mentioned platform or route is immediately available for production use.
6. Support and documentation
Support is provided subject to reasonable cooperation from the user, including version details, reproduction steps, and redacted evidence where needed.
Documentation is part of the public product surface, but it does not create a promise that all future planned features will ship on a specific date.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The software and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, greeff.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, website, or support interactions.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated over time. The public site will publish the latest effective version.
